2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

• All major cities across India.
• Remote or rural areas may take additional delivery time depending on courier accessibility.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping for orders above ₹999/-.
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹55 applies.
• Any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you make payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Locations: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment status anytime until delivery is complete.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Photos of the package and product
